Hi! I am Jenny Chynoweth, owner of Kohr Consulting. I have over 20 years of experience recruiting internally for a variety of companies including Concur, Whitepages, RealSelf and Amazon. Since starting my own business, I have had the pleasure of helping Seattle Startups kickstart their recruitment programs to include employer branding, process development as well as launch recruiting.

My passion lies in driving brand awareness and building out relationships with potential candidates and customers. The basis of my background is centered around recruiting and recruitment strategies for candidate engagement. I have worked in both the agency world as well as the corporate side of the house. I have had the unique opportunity of blending my experience in recruiting with my passion for marketing into a hybrid position managing employment branding and recruiting outreach. One day you can find me at a technology conference educating engineers on recruitment strategies and the next day you will find me working internally with a company's employees to build content for recruitment efforts.
